Responsibilities
The Organizational Development Manager, US will have a strategic focus on developing, implementing and managing systems and processes for talent management, training, structure, change and culture. The ideal candidate for this role must be results driven, strategic and have excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required - Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in Human Resources with
- HR experience within manufacturing
- A focus in recruiting and training & development, succession planning preferred
- Leadership experience - Held a leader level role within the last year
- Organizational development experience
- Understanding of major HR processes and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal and external stake holders
- Effective presentation and facilitation skills
